Does anyone know of any institutions that do not collect extra stem cells during harvest? The facility at which I am considering treatment refuses to collect any extra stem cells, and, I understand that after an auto transplant, one cannot have stem cells harvested again. So, I am worried that if the cells are contaminated or I need a transplant later, I would not be able to have another auto transplant. Thoughts?
