What are dex pulses?

A 'pulse' of dex is a very high dose (usually 40mg)for a number of consecutive days, followed by a break to allow the body to recover. Usually there are three pulses in a month, followed by a ten day break - so you would take dex on Days 1-4 Days 9-12 Days 17-20.
